Celebrating Our First 50 Years
Hendrixson’s Furniture & Interior Design has been helping homeowners create beautiful homes for more than 50 years. First opened in 1965 as a small family-owned business, Hendrixson’s has since expanded with two store locations, one in Bucks County, Pa., and the other in the Lehigh Valley, Pa. (both in the Philadelphia region). Hendrixson’s sells high-quality furniture and accessories from premium manufacturers, serving as exclusive purveyors of the finest furniture lines in the world. In addition to providing high-quality furniture, the interior designers at Hendrixson’s promise quality in complimentary design service, and work to guarantee this quality as they continue the long-standing family values Hendrixson’s stands for. Because a love for furniture runs in the family, the quality, artistic value, and superb craftsmanship of the furniture, accessories, and design work Hendrixson’s offers are appreciated in distinctive homes and offices throughout the country, including the notable design work on the music study of Alan Gilbert, conductor of the New York Philharmonic, which caught the attention of the New York Times as well as inspired a Credit Suisse App.

Family Traditions
Founders Paul and Virginia Hendrixson are joined by their daughter, Lauren, her husband Damian, and their son, Jonathan, as they continue the traditions of the family business. They apply the same standard towards the companies they carry that they did in the beginning for determining whether each company offers something unique in terms of beauty in designs, quality in construction, and value for customers. Early on, this meant focusing on the styles most popular in rural Bucks County in the 1970s: early American country and colonial furniture.
Present Day
Today, Hendrixson's has honed its offerings to cater to the increasingly diverse and sophisticated interior design preferences of its customers. They collaborate with companies that excel in a wide array of styles, from French Country and English Hepplewhite, to Arts & Crafts, Philadelphia Queen Anne and 19th-century American. Their selections also include contemporary, modern minimalist, mid-century modern, and European designs.
